The Behavior Therapy

Behavior Therapy is an accepted therapy form. It is the psychological therapeutic method whose effectiveness is scientifically proven best. Pragmatically oriented, it concerns itself with the man-made behavior and involves itself thereby with feelings and thoughts. Behavior therapy asks the question, „How can I positively alter behavior that is detrimental for myself or for my life?"

How Can You Achieve Your Personal Goals?
At the beginning of therapy, we clarify your goals in a conversation and consider how you can reach them. Often the motivation to set things apart, which until now may have possibly been avoided, originates in this process. As experience teaches, this process almost always leads to an easing of those long-cherished apprehensions.

Behavior Therapy Creates Awareness
In Behavior Therapy, it is possible for you to make your basic attitudes towards yourself and towards life conscious and to scrutinize and then transform them.
