Crisis Management

Every one of us can affect life events which are overwhelming. Then we see ourselves confronted with entirely new questions: „How can I manage with strong feelings like fear, rage or grief?“; „How can I learn to live with the loss of a beloved person or with a chronic illness?“; „How can I lessen the stress that is making me sick?“

Strong Emotions Can Also Be Integrated
During a crisis, awareness and acceptance exercises are very helpful. They help you to increase your tolerance for stress and are a good basis therefore not to be overwhelmed by your own emotions. You can learn to integrate your emotions by becoming conscious to them, naming them and using their power.
